Many educational software companies have recognized the influence and value of games. Certain types of games and games technology have been used either directly or indirectly to support learning objectives in the classroom. But some provlems are waiting to be solved. Like filem and television, games are developed for a variety of ages. So some will contain unsuitable content or themes for children at school.

The task of being accepted and enrolled in a university begins early for some stdents. Long before they graduate from high school, these students take special courses to prepare for advanced study. They may also take one of more examinations that test how well prepared they are for the university . In the final year of high school, they complete applications and send them,  with their student records, to the universities which the hope to attend. Some high school students may be required to have an interview with representatives of the university. Neatly dressed, and usually very frightened, they are determined to show that they have a good attitude and the ability to succeed. When the new students are finally accepted, there may be one more step they have to take before registering for classes and getting to work.
